Chemical Threats to Clean Air and Homeland Security
According to the EPA, the 140 toxic and flammable chemicals listed below pose the greatest risk to human health and the environment. In addition to their toxicity and flammability, these materials are also produced and used commercially in large volume. The chemicals are listed by order of their CAS Number. If you're a HazMat Zone Subscriber, you'll be able to link directly to the Genium MSDS for each of these materials.
The materials on the list underlined in black are linked to the Genium Hazard Overview and MSDS at the HazMat Zone. Clicking on the materials underlined in red will take you to the SIRI website's page of vendor-supplied MSDSs for those types of products.
This chemical data resource makes an excellent training and reference tool for any organization responsible for protecting a municipality, county, or state from the dangers of accidental chemical release or intentional acts of chemical terrorism.
